Terms of service
Last updated 15 October 2026
Draft. This is a plain-English working document written to describe how the product actually behaves. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a substitute for one. Get it reviewed before launch.
Your account
You need an account to save progress, rate games, or publish. You’re responsible for what happens under it, so pick a password you don’t use elsewhere.
You can change your password from your account page while you’re signed in. There is no emailed password-reset link yet, so if you forget your password, or think someone else has got in, email [email protected] and we’ll help you get back in or lock the account.
You can delete your account whenever you like, from the same account page. Reviews you wrote go with it.
Playing games
Games are made by third-party developers, not by us. We review submissions before they go live, but a game that clears review is still the developer’s work and their responsibility. If something is broken or misrepresented, email [email protected] with the game’s name and we’ll look into it.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access in place until the period you already paid for runs out. Premium titles lock again after that; your saves, library, and reviews do not go anywhere.
Publishing
You keep every right in your game. Publishing grants us a non-exclusive licence to host it, show it, and stream it to players, for as long as it’s listed. Withdraw it and that licence ends.
You confirm you have the rights to everything in the build, including assets and audio, and that the store page describes what’s actually in it.
What isn’t allowed
Uploading someone else’s work, shipping malware, collecting player data outside the save bridge, running your own ads or payment flows inside a game, or trying to escape the sandbox. Any of these gets the game pulled and usually the account with it.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. We don’t promise it will never go down or that a particular game will stay available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes
When we change these terms we update them on this page and change the date at the top. Check back now and then; if you disagree with a change, you can stop using Aicade and delete your account at any time.
