Dent Club

Dent Club is a demolition derby under the floodlights. Eight battered derby cars go into the Coliseum, a packed dirt stadium on a Saturday night, and the last one still running wins. Pick your spot, line up the hit and go for the doors: side impacts do the real damage, while your reinforced nose can take a beating. The crowd roars at every big crunch, and the big screen shows the replay.

The cars are proper derby builds with roll cages, window nets, roof number boards and sponsor decals, and they come apart the way real cars do. Panels dent where they're hit and scrape down to primer and bare metal. Doors swing open on bent hinges before tearing off, bonnets flap in the wind and fly away, bumpers hang by one end and then drop, and glass cracks and then shatters. Wheels wobble loose, engines leak oil, smoke and finally catch fire. Pick up repair kits, nitro, shields, heavyweight mode, a hydraulic ram plate and oil slicks along the way.

There are six arenas, each with its own weather and lighting: the floodlit Coliseum, a swamp bowl in pouring rain with mud up to the hubcaps, a wet rooftop car park in the city, a frozen pond with no grip at all, a junkyard under orange yard lights with a hungry car crusher, and a figure-8 speedbowl. Mud builds up on the bodywork, wheels throw spray through the puddles, and the puddles shine under the lights. Race mode adds eight full-contact tracks and three championship cups with points and trophies.

Earn coins from wrecks, wins and podiums to unlock ten derby builds: a hot hatch, a muscle coupe, a minivan, an ice cream van, a lifted pickup, a hearse, an estate wagon, a taxi, a '52 farm truck and a '70s land yacht. Each has its own speed, weight, toughness and handling, plus paint jobs and decals, and there's a secret joke car for champions. A TV-style HUD has a speedometer, a damage map of your car and a running feed of every hit. Play with a keyboard, a gamepad or touch controls on your phone.
